I understand that my omission, misrepresentation of facts, falsifying or withholding information in completing this application and all required documents constitutes grounds for immediate withdrawal of my application and/or termination of my employment with Ambleside School of Waco. Further, I understand that upon employment I am expected to become familiar with and abide by the rules and regulations as set forth in the Ambleside School of Waco Teacher Handbook. In addition, I understand that my employment with Ambleside School of Waco will require my participation in weekly after-school meetings, outside reading, times of in-service, and other campus and parent meetings. I further understand that upon employment I am required to, and as an exercise of my shared religious faith with Ambleside desire to, abide by the code of personal conduct, policies, biblical values, and statement of faith of this Christian ministry.
